We are targeting December 23rd for launch of the United States Air Force's first Global Positioning System III space vehicle (SV) from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Florida. Liftoff is currently targeted for 8:51 a.m. EST, 13:51 UTC.
For this mission, the satellite will be deployed to medium Earth orbit approximately 1 hour and 56 minutes after liftoff. Due to mission requirements, SpaceX will not attempt to land Falcon 9’s first stage after launch.
Note: The LVlocal event start time reflects the estimated liftoff time for this mission. SpaceX's live webcast will begin about 10 minutes before liftoff.

People ask why they couldn’t recover the booster, well this is the disadvantage to booster recovery because of payload mass and orbit type, is why ULA takes on many high energy orbits (also their rockets aren’t made to be recovered)

When On mars would they Use hydroponics as their method of Farming? Hydroponics is the method where They tank plants or Vegetables without any soil and placing them on trays over a fish tank and fertilizes the plants, The plants get nutrients and it filters the tank for the fish. It would also Provide the People both Vegetables and Fish to eat.

it must be that the weight of the item to be delivered to the the orbit is overweigh the rockets capability so thats why it was striped few pounds of actual it self and the 1 st booster uses all its fuel to launch it, giving it around 400-500 more kg capacity and i must say that musk is being paid extra for the rocket, makes sense do the math and rational thinking

He'll be successful in making Humans a multi planet species but this will result in loss of nearly half of population of Earth and bring Human extinction before time if everyone supported him . But one day a person will come and Elon will get him sued because of interrupting in his mission

10:15 - "Expose the GPS III to the vacuum of space". Is the nose cone pressurized? I would have thought it wasn't and that the contents of the nose cone would already be in a vacuum even before the nose cone opened and fell away.

How Does it Really Work ...Ah, so very slightly higher but with such a small difference as to not be measurable or to have any practical use.
How Does it Really Work
@Florence Gomer There is a *"Falcon 9 Launch Vehicle PAYLOAD USER’S GUIDE"* on SpaceX web-site. An entire section is devoted to the specification of how quickly the pressure under the fairing changes: "4.3.6 Fairing Internal Pressure Inside the Falcon launch vehicle, the payload fairing internal pressure will decay at a rate no higher than 0.35 psi/sec (2.4 kPa/sec) from liftoff through immediately prior to fairing separation, except for a brief period during the transonic spike. The transonic spike will have a time-averaged decay rate that is no higher than 0.65 psi/sec (4.5 kPa/sec), for no more than 5 seconds. Typical pressure profiles and decay rates, expected to bound a broad range of payload fill factors, are shown in Figure 4-9 and Figure 4-10." The figures 4-9 and 4-10 show that at the fairing separation, pressure is 0 psi and its change rate is 0 psi/s. This means, the pressure inside the fairing does not generate any significant forces during separation, (nor does it produce shocks that may damage the payload.) This does not mean that the pressure inside is exactly the same as the pressure outside. On the contrary, when the pressure becomes so low that the molecules can fly significant distances without bumping into each other ("free molecular flow regime"), the rate with which air is escaping from the fairing will almost certainly not keep up with the rate of pressure change outside. At the moment of fairing separation the pressure inside can still be 100 times higher than the pressure outside. But the absolute difference would be very tiny -- only measurable with a vacuum gauge designed for measuring high vacuum, not felt in any other way. (The outside pressure is 0.00000001 of normal atmospheric pressure. If the inside pressure is 100 times higher, that is still the absolute pressure difference only 0.000001 of normal atmospheric pressure -- negligible for all mechanical purposes. )
Florence Gomer
Florence Gomer Pirms 2 Gadiem
If the pressure inside is slightly higher than outside, maybe that helps a little with the release of the fairings?
How Does it Really Work
The air from inside of the fairing is vented during the ascent. When the fairing latches are released, there is no explosive decompression. But as the rate of venting is finite, the pressure inside certainly does not drop to as high of a vacuum as in the environment outside. The outside environment at the time of fairing separation itself barely qualifies as high vacuum (the static pressure is still above 0.01 Pa). According to the manual, the determining factor for fairing separation is aerodynamic heating below 1.135 kW / m^2, unless customer specifies otherwise. So it may technically be high vacuum, but it is still dense enough residual gas to cause noticeable heating when you fly through it at 3 km/s.

Space X and Nasa or Blue origin who is better or do the others habe a rocket for the mars
Odysseus Rex
Odysseus Rex Pirms 2 Gadiem
SpaceX and NASA work in close partnership on many flights. SpaceX is NASA's primary launch provider, and NASA is SpaceX's best customer. Blue Origin has yet to orbit an ant. They have developed a very good engine, the BE-4, which they are selling to other rocket makers, such as ULA. They are working to develop a heavy lift launch vehicle, which they call New Glenn. It might have its first flight some time in 2020. Both the SLS, being developed by NASA, and SpaceX's BFR, are intended to anable interplanetary flight. The difference being that SLS is just a launch rocket, the actual space ship which could take us to Mars gasn't even been designed yet, whereas the upper stage of BFR, the Big Falcon Spaceship, which Elon now gratingly calls Starship, will be a fully fledged spaceship capable of reaching any destination in the inner solar system.

Why has space x stopped landing the first stage?
Odysseus Rex
Odysseus Rex Pirms 2 Gadiem
They haven't. The last one had a technical problem so it was brought down off shore, and this one was launched in expendable mode, as they said in the video, because the mass of the payload and the altitude and inclination of the orbit they wanted, meant there wasn't enough fuel for a landing.

How is the satellite going to reach 20200 km altitude? last footage in the video before stage 2 separation shows the altitude of 8700 km and it keeps decelerating!
Florence Gomer
Florence Gomer Pirms 2 Gadiem
Imagine throwing a tennis ball hard up in the air but with a reasonable forwards velocity. The ball goes up and as it does so the rate of height increase slows down. Just at the moment it stops going up, you fire a small nozzle in the satellite and make the orbit circular at that point.
How Does it Really Work
It is decelerating because it is going up (away from earth). As it is moving at about 18000 km/hr when released, it will reach 20200 km altitude in a couple of hours, exactly when it slows down to a zero vertical velocity and starts falling back down. (Of course it is not just going up and down, but also around the earth.)

where is the footage of first stage landing ?
metropod Pirms 2 Gadiem
The boosters have an operating limit, past which they can not be recovered. Not only does this mission exceed that limit (pretty sure that was one of the highest if not the highest payload deployment on a Falcon), the Air Force isn’t sold on the idea yet, not on launching a payload on a reflight booster. So it was flown expendable. They say that several times during the webcast.
